Collagen Glow Up is a wellbeing and habit-building product. It is not a medical service, a diagnostic tool or a treatment. Nothing in the app, the lessons, the recipes or the downloadable materials is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition, take prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are planning to make a significant change to your diet, speak to your GP or pharmacist first.
What we do not claim
We do not claim that collagen, or any routine described in this product, will change your skin, hair, nails, joints or appearance. We do not present before-and-after images, and we do not put a timeline on results, because doing so honestly is not possible.
Collagen supplementation is not currently the subject of any authorised health claim under retained EU Regulation 1924/2006 as it applies in Great Britain. Where we discuss collagen, we are describing how people commonly structure a routine and what the research conversation looks like — not asserting an outcome.
Results vary, and much of it isn't the routine
What happens to any individual depends on age, genetics, sleep, diet, sun exposure, smoking, medication, hormones and a great deal else. Two people following the same routine will not get the same outcome, and neither will get an outcome attributable to the routine alone.
What this product offers is structure and consistency. That is the part we can influence, and it is the only thing the dashboard measures.

Our advertising
We advertise on paid platforms including social media and search. All of our advertising is intended to comply with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (the CAP Code), administered by the Advertising Standards Authority.
If you believe an advertisement of ours is misleading, irresponsible or offensive, we would like to hear about it directly at SUPPORT_EMAIL. You are also entitled to complain to the ASA.
Our own supplement
We sell a collagen powder under the same brand. The app does not require it, is not built around it, and works identically with any brand you already use. Where we link to our own powder inside the app, that is a commercial link to a product we sell and we say so at the point of the link.
No platform affiliation
Collagen Glow Up is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or administered by Meta Platforms, Google, TikTok, or any other advertising or hosting platform. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
