Delivery policy

Last updated 1 September 2026

Collagen Glow Up is a digital product. There is nothing to post, and nothing arrives by courier.

What you receive

A link to the web app, which runs in any browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
The seven video lessons, streamed inside the app.
Depending on the option you chose, the downloadable companions as PDF files.

When you receive it

Immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed, an email is sent to the address you entered at checkout containing your access link. In practice this takes under two minutes.

By completing your purchase you agree to this immediate delivery. Please see our refund policy for what that means for your statutory cancellation rights.

If the email doesn't arrive

Check your spam, junk and promotions folders. Automated emails land there more often than they should.
Search your inbox for "Collagen Glow Up".
Check whether you mistyped your email address at checkout — a single wrong character is the most common cause.
Wait fifteen minutes. Some providers hold new senders briefly.

Still nothing? Email SUPPORT_EMAIL with the name on the card and the approximate time of purchase, and we will resend your access manually. We answer every message within one working day.

Add us to your contacts. Saving our sender address before you buy is the simplest way to make sure the access email reaches your inbox.

What you need to use it

A device with an internet connection and a current browser — Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. There is no app to install from any app store, and no minimum phone specification. The downloadable companions open in any PDF reader.

How long you keep access

Your access runs for the period you bought — 1, 3 or 6 months — starting on the day of purchase. The exact end date is shown on your dashboard from the moment you first sign in, and we email you a reminder several days before it arrives.

If you cleared the automatic renewal box at checkout, access does not renew and no card is kept on file. When the period ends, your login stops opening the app; if you want to continue, you buy another period yourself. Any PDF companions you downloaded remain yours to keep.

If you left automatic renewal selected, your access extends by the same period on each successful payment, and we email you beforehand every time. You can cancel from your dashboard at any point and keep the access you have already paid for.

Regions

Access is available worldwide. Prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP); if your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own fee, which is outside our control.
